Well you haven’t got a volcano so as girls can do anything, you can grow one of them.

A volcano I mean.

Continuing cuts in the public service – had them for 2 years already.
May 4th, 2011 at 3:19 pm

May 4th, 2011 at 3:25 pm

May 4th, 2011 at 3:27 pm

Play the game SPC. We’re after possible disasters, not confirmed advantages.

That’s a disaster, but I don’t think it qualifies as a natural disaster does it?

Heatwave and drought.
May 4th, 2011 at 4:31 pm
A win on Friday against the Blues. THey’ve already suffered at the hands of one hurricane this week. Make that a double
May 4th, 2011 at 4:34 pm
I was in Wellington in Feb, ahead if the Ch Ch earthquake. I assumed it had been hit by a natural disaster. You mean Wellington is supposed to look that way?
May 4th, 2011 at 4:36 pm
Earth, Wind, Water … Fire or Heart?
By your powers combined.
May 4th, 2011 at 4:38 pm
@Davinci – No, not natural. Not natural at all.
We could get a state owned railway network, loaded to the gunnels with cardigan-wearing bureaucrats which, despite gale-force southerlies, delivers them to their cubicle-farm public sector jobs. Every day.
As other commerters have noted, the true horror of this is already visited on us. Auckland and Christchurch are just playing catchup.

Heh, I wondered the same thing last night.
A cyclone, flood or tsunami seem plausible (especially the first two; being Wellington).
